Cancellation Policy
10 mins late = $15 late fee
15 mins late = cancellation
No call/ no shows will be banned from booking & charged 100% of the full amount
Same day cancellations will also be charged 50% of the full amount
By booking you are aware that your deposit is non-refundable
By booking you are aware if you cancel on the same day of your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service you booked
